He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Loyd and Evelyn Kemp Loyd; his granddaughter Katie Kent; and his brother Danny Loyd. He is survived by: his wife Frances Loyd of Hernando; his children, Frank Kent (Lorraine) of Hernando, MS, Tony Kent (Theresa) of Cedar Grove, NC, Keven Kent (Lisa) of Tremont, MS and Casey Cook (Chris) of Walls, MS; his siblings, Elby Loyd (Annie) of Loudon, TN and Patsy Lewis (Dave) of Kingwood, TX; his grandchildren, Anthony Kent, Mirissa Ziels, Rebecca Cole, Corby Kent, Clarissa Kent, Jordyn Kent, Carley Kent, Landyn Cook and Robbie Cook; and his great grandchildren, Ava Kent, Lila Kent, Allie Cole McKenna Cole, Kenton Ziels and Maddox Ziels.
