She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bobby Phillips; her children, Dawn Couch, Lee Ann Williams (Johnny) and Laura Strong (Scott); her grandchildren, Matthew Couch, Madison Couch, Allison Williams Baker (Brian), Aarin Williams, Weston Williams, Ragan Strong and Carter Strong; her great grandchildren, Alayna, Jaxxon and Dutton; her brothers, Gary and Bill Bell; and her parents, C. U. Bell and Ada Bell. She was also cherished by family and friends, including her beloved husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, as well as her brothers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (290 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
