We are sad to announce that, on December 19, 2025, at the age of 75, Sandra Rains of Southaven, Mississippi, born in Cleveland, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Kevin Rains; her siblings, Rebecca Werkeiser, Debra Cockrum and Ricky Henson; her nephews, Robert Hollinger and Cory Joe Henson; and her parents, J. C. Henson and Jessie Henson.
She is survived by: her son Bradley Rains (Merrissa); her grandchildren, Hailey Freeman (Zoe), Bradley Rains II and Isley Rains; her great grandchildren, Madisyn and Cassius; her brother Randy Henson (Carla); and her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Diana (Charlie), Jessica Walker (Chris), Kristin Renz (Sean), Jennifer Abad (Alex), Christopher Henson (Jenni), Robert Kyle Henson and Kirkland Henson. She is also survived by cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Desoto Hope, in support of helping others fight against cancer.
