With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tula Starr in Southaven, Mississippi, born in Bremen, Georgia, who passed away on January 11, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Hessie Fincher Thrower; her sons, Mark and Jeff Starr; her grandchildren, Matt Starr, Heather Moore, Hollie Harris and Mary Williamson; her great grandchildren, AJ Glisson-Harris, Aiden Harris, Brandon Moore Jr., Alivia Moore and Ava Starr Harris; her husband Marshall Darrell Starr; her daughter Dr. Becky Starr Glisson; and her grandson Adam Starr.
