He is survived by: his wife Susan McKenzie Gamel; his sons, Michael McKenzie and Bradley McKenzie (Nicole); his grandsons, Luke and Landon McKenzie; his sister Mary Sellers; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Ball (Mary Lynn Ball). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
