He is survived by: his wife Lorene Mobley Osby; his children, Anne Skinner (Edward), Cynthia Rice (Fredrick), Alisa Baker (John) and Quintus Osby of Starkville; his grandchildren, Jontavius Baker, Joshua Skinner, Cameron Skinner, A'Johnah Baker, Genesis Doss, Jonathan Baker and Quintus Osby, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Ja'Kari Skinner, Anala Baker and Isaiah Doss; his siblings, Caesar Osby (Louise) of Chicago, IL and Gloria Jean Mitchell of Milwaukee, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Sara Mobley of Starkville, Annie Jean Fields of St Louis, MO and Frank Mobley (Rosie) of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
