We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, at the age of 75, Cheryl Lyon (Starkville, Mississippi), born in Jackson, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carlton Frazier and Evelyn Felts Frazier; her husband George Davis Lyon Jr. MD; and her brother Phillip Frazier. She is survived by: her children, David Manning Lyon (Brooke), Anna Lyon Killingsworth (Ryan) and George Maxwell Lyon (Cameron); her grandchildren, Kate Killingsworth, Davis, Grant Lyon and Ivy Lyon; her brother Eric Frazier; her aunt Dorothy Shanks; her sisters-in-law, Catherine Lyon Chernecky and Janice Virden; and her nieces, Bethany and AJ Frazier.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Cheryl's favorite charity, Oktibbeha County Humane Society.
