With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clayborne Dudley Taylor of Starkville, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2026 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Taylor and Winnie Taylor; and his former wife Jean Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Joan Butler; his children, Clayborne Taylor, Jr. (Amy), David Taylor (Angela) and Rebecca Burg (late Clarence); and his stepdaughters, Tammy Gammill (Jon) and Lori Perkins (David). He is also survived by fourteen beautiful grandchildren.
