He is survived by: his wife Betty Baker; his children, Brenda Ann Akins (Walter), Linda Baker-Gwin, Wanda Jefferson (Fred), Rita Baker and Fredrick Rice (Cynthia); and his siblings, Tillman Baker Jr. (Frank Baker), Fred Williams (Sammie Rice), Edward Len Rice (Annie), Aaron Rice, Sadie Jones (Sara Smith), Cara Thompson (Luther), Cecelia Ashford (Elizabeth Wadlington) and Fannie Dell Williams. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
