He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Norman; his parents, William Spencer Norman and Mary Joyce Wilson Norman; and his nephew Andy Oglesby. He is survived by: his children, Byron, Elizabeth Norman of Starkville, MS, Lindsey and Brandon Stallings of Germantown, TN; his grandchildren, Lillian Norman and Wilson Stallings; and his sister-in-law Cathy (Oglesby).
