He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Lee and Vida Mae Fowler Elliott of Purvis. He is survived by: his wife Joann Johnson Elliott; his daughter Karilynn Elliott Horner (Kevin) of Maryville, TN; and his brother Harlan O Elliott of Tonganoxie, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
