He is survived by: his wife Gloria Bagwell Rowland; his daughters, Christine Rowland McCutcheon (Sam) of Houston, Deborah Rene Quinn of Austin and Barbara Jean Quinn Corley (Tim) of Carrollton, Mississippi.; his brother Zack Rowland of Starkville, MS; his grandchildren, Patrick, Kristin, Nikki, Shelby, Jeremy, Taylor and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Deklee, Colt, David and Lily.
