He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Gale Bullman and Catherine Gale Tompkins Bullman; his wife Rachel Henderson Bullman; his son Craig Lee Bullman (Joyce); and his siblings, Storm Bullman Campbell, Catherine Bullman Rucker (Cay) and George Thomas (Tom).

He is survived by: his sons, Mark Henderson Bullman (LaDonna Bullman) and Paul Delmar Bullman (Sean Bullman); his daughter-in-law Joyce Bullman (Craig); his sister-in-law Sharon Bullman Annapolis, MD (Tom); and his grandchildren, Mark, Jr., Katie (Mark), Cody, Chase (Craig), Blythe, Tabitha and Chelsea (Paul). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the United Way of Mississippi, or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
