He was predeceased by: his son Jon Alan Collins; his siblings, Shirley Collier and Mike Collier; and his parents, Charlie Collier and Grey Collier.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Priest, Kenny Collier (Cindy), Lee Mitchell Collier (Andrea), Mark Collins and Christina Farrar (Steve); his caregiver Pam Collier; and his brothers, Charles and Bobby Collier. He is also survived by 3 grandsons and 4 granddaughters, 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Judes Children Research Hospital in Jeff's memory.
