He was predeceased by: his daughters, Valerie Morse Sims and Mandy Morse; his parents, Julian Morse and Mary Hazlewood Morse; and his in-laws, R. E. and Louise Josey.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Josey Morse; his nieces, Tiffany Morse Miller (Marty) of Ft. Worth, TX and Rhonda Henry Null (John) of Meridian, MS; and his great-niece Samantha Miller Dapkiewicz of Ft. Worth. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home (201 W Lampkin St, Starkville, MS 39759). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
