He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade F. Fuquay and Hazel Zachary Fuquay; and his sister Margaret Fuquay Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kesler Fuquay; his sons, Michael Fuquay (Patricia) and David Fuquay (Anne); and his grandchildren, Emily Fuquay, Wade Fuquay and Michael Ashton.
