She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Cecil Hicks and Sarah Rowland Hicks; and her siblings, Waymon Hicks, Marlon Hicks, Weldon Hicks and Lois Johnson.
She is survived by: her significant other Samuel Prude Prisock; her daughters, Lynn Prisock and Cristy Prisock; her grandson Ronald "Tre" Bereit, III; and her sister-in-law Ellen Prisock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, her church family and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Adaton Baptist Church.
