She was predeceased by : her husband Charlie Brackin; her parents, Barnett Barnett and Clara Ann Denny Barnett; her son Mitchell Brackin; her brothers, Barnett, Jr., Jim Tom Barnett, Samuel Douglas Barnett and Franklin R. Barnett (Sweet Pea); her grandchildren, Jennifer Leigh Brackin and Troy Dean Earnest; and her sisters, Mary Jewel Fisher and Joyce Barnett.

She is survived by : her children, Inez Carter (Ronnie) of Southaven, MS, Dianne Sullivan (Raybon) of Caledonia, MS, Jimmy Brackin (Patty) of Starkville, MS and Charles Brackin (Jan) of West Point, MS. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
