He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Denton Eubank and Ida Jean Hacker Eubank; and his brother Donald H. Eubank. He is survived by: his wife Lyda Mae Taylor Eubank; his daughter Robin Davis (Toby); his granddaughters, Jennifer Liesenfelt (Michael), Sharon Davis and Katherine Stoeckl (Robert); his great grandchildren, Eleanor and Julia Liesenfelt; and his niece Janet Sue Eubank. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
