He is survived by: his sisters, Applelonie Dickerson of Pheba, MS, Helen Johnson of Pheba, MS, Ethel Bush of Starkville, MS, Climmie Robinson of Pheba, MS and Wonder Boyd (Andre) of Ypsilanti, MI; his aunts, Bessie Collier and Betty Jean Harris; and his uncle Willie Bedford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
