She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Box; her parents, Carl Wilson Dunn, Sr. and Elizabeth Smith Dunn; and her brother Dunn. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Coleman (Corey), Christy Windsor (David), Chris Collier (Jan) and Michael Box (Alicia); and her sisters, Beverly Phillips (Bill) and Barbara Rogers (Russ). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
