He is survived by : his children, Nicholas C Mann of Pontotoc, MS and A'riah Burkhalter of Houston, MS; his father William C. Burkhalter (Shealar) of Starkville, MS; his siblings, Dr. Stacey Smith (Bruce) of Starkville, MS, Tracey Burkhalter (Tamara) of Artesia, MS and Kenneth McDougle (Stephanie) of Tuscaloosa, AL; and his daughter Arlishia Simmons of Tupelo, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
