He was predeceased by: his father Thomas E. Prentice Sr. "Skip"; and his granddaughter Lorelei Love Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Winfield Prentice of Starkville; his daughters, Alaina Katherine Prentice Phillips (Logan) of Starkville and Leslie Prentice Brooks of Starkville; his grandchildren, Bryson Rhett Scott, William Michael Brooks III and Tempest Anne Brooks; his brother Steven Prentice (Donna) of Land; his aunt Frankie Ann Johns of Tupelo; and his brother-in-law Robert Winfield (Janice) of Booneville. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
