He is survived by: his wife Thelma Garris; his children, Ronnie "Fred" Garris of State Line, MS, Angie Sullivan (Frank) of Waynesboro, MS and Nancy Deese of State Line, MS; his close friends, Roy Guy and Addison Leverette, Jr.; and his cousins, Bill "Popsicle" Preston and Bobby Price. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
