He is survived by: his parents, Calah Welch Kilgore and Justin Kilgore; his brothers, Jakob Welch (Emilee) and Cash Kilgore; his grandparents, Jean Kilgore, Stacie Welch and Larry Welch; and his nephews, Braxton Welch and Wilson Welch.
