James Leach Obituary
We announce the death of James Leach of Stewart, Mississippi, who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 64. James will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Leach and Edith McCorkle Leach; and his siblings, Mandy Dees and Alan Leach. He is survived by: his wife Karen Wood Leach; his children, Laura Wood (Ryan) of Kilmichael, Nikki Leonard (Justin) of Stewart, Jami Pruitt (Ryan) of Glen Allen, VA, Katie Crimm (Chad) of Stewart, Joey Leach (Abby) of Poplar Creek and Matthew Leach of Stewart; and his brother Ronnie Leach (Debbie) of French Camp. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hebron Baptist Church (315 Hebron Church Rd, Grenada, MS 38901). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
