He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles H. Jones Sr. and Emma D. Jones; his wife Donna S. Jones; his son Xavier Charles Jones; and his siblings, Roosevelt Jones (Buddy), Thaddeus Robert Jones, Eddie Jones and Ethel Mae Jones-Simmons. He was also cherished by two grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bay Springs Funeral Home Chapel (3 E 1st Ave, Bay Springs, MS 39422). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Springhill U. M Church (200 Co Rd 3121, Paulding, MS 39348).
