She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Johnny Joe Mullinax; her parents, Floyd Pullen and Ada Pullen; her son-in-law Sonny Bufkin; her siblings, Edward Pullen, George Pullen and Dixie Meeks; her grandson Jerry Bridges; and her great great grandchild Oliver Ware.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Meeks (James), Johnny Mullinax (Sara) and Chris Mullinax; and her sister Peggy Smith. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 17 Great-grandchildren, and 22 Great-great-grandchildren.
