He was predeceased by: his father Belton Young Lewis; his stepfather S. E. O'Brian; his grandparents, Virginia and Bilbo Jones; and his parents-in-law, Augusta Mae Morgan and Sam Pole Morgan.
He is survived by: his mother Katie Jones Lewis O'Brian of Jacksonville, Florida.; his wife Jamie Morgan Lewis; his daughters, Jima Lewis Branning (Jay) of Sturgis and Katie Lewis Collins (Justin) of Sturgis; his grandchildren, Ainsley Kate Branning, Baylor Harvey Branning, Jordan Asher Collins, Kaiden Hollingshed and Rylie Collins; and his sisters, Donna Jones (Lonnie) and Sandra Royal (Van). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
