She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Ragan and Modina Ragan; and her siblings, Jackie Smart, Anna Louise Ragan and Peter Ragan.
She is survived by : her children, Ragan Price and Thad Tibbs (Monica); her sisters, Martha Legaspi and Sarah Bryant (John); her niece Nicole Fonger; her grandchildren, Robert Tibbs (Skye), Cameron Tibbs (Kayla), Logan Tibbs, Kinsley Scoggins, Cohen Price and Kase Price; and her great grandchildren, Saylor, Saint, Greyson, Raelyn and Colton.
