We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2026, at the age of 91, Carla Newman of Summit, Mississippi, born in Casper, Wyoming passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl M. Harris and Laura Bicknell Harris; her husband James Newman; and her granddaughter Tammy Idelle Seals. She is survived by: her children, David Newman (Lori), Tera Perini, Barbara Flowers and Linda Newman (Steven Hanisch); her sister Mary Adelle Rankl; and her grandchildren, David Seals, Paul Seals, Lauri Thornton, Scott Flowers, Michelle Flowers, Laura Arnold, James Drouin, Jean "Jon" Drouin, Christopher Drouin, Angela Drouin, Jennifer Newman, Shelley Jones, Nicole Newman and Hannah Long. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.
