He is survived by: his wife Stacy Watson Powell; his children, Michael Allan Powell (Rachel) and Kristi Powell Orr (Guy); his grandchildren, Kennedy Elizabeth Powell, Cecile Ruth Powell, Mason James Orr and James Allan Powell; his brother Bill Powell; and his siblings-in-law, Ginny Powell, JoDonna Watson (AB Cox), Bob Watson (Diane) and Bo Watson. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and grand-nephews and nieces.
