He is survived by: his sons, Glenn "Doug" Carlisle Jr. (Amanda) and Jamie Carroll (Brittni); his sister Helen Edna Westmoreland (Bill); and his grandchildren, Kailey Ritchey (Carlin), Brantley Carroll, Alaina E. Carlisle, Cassie E. Carlisle and Dalaneigh Jones.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery (2147 Barnett Rd, Summit, MS 39666).
