He is survived by : his wife Harriet JoAnn Cleveland Carruth of Amite County; his children, Jeffrey Benton Carruth (Lynette) of Southern Pines, NC, Michael James Carruth (Bridgett) of Griffin, GA and Callie Anne Carruth-Harper (Mike) of Waco, TX; his sister JoAnn C. Stollenwerck of Macon, GA; his grandchildren, Benton, Mia, Clayton, JohnaClaire Carruth, Hutson and Eleanor "Ella" Harper; and his close friend Jessie Graham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
