He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxie Leon Lofton and Audrey Brumfield Lofton; and his siblings, Holton Lofton (Carolyn) and Nell Rose Cowart (Quentin). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Felder Lofton; his children, Steve Lofton (Kenya), Ted Lofton and Pam Spiers (Ed); his grandsons, Justin Lofton (Angela), Eric Lofton (Amelia), Matthew Lofton (Laura), Jeremy Lofton (Catherine), Jason Spiers and Ryan Spiers (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Lillian Lofton, Ezra Lofton, Leah Lofton, Elijah Lofton, Guiles Lofton, Breck Lofton, Edie Lofton, Annie Lofton, Henry Cox and Meris Spiers. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
