She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde W. Boyd and Evia Alexander Boyd; her former life partner Sammie Jewell Magee; her daughter Angie Magee; her husband William F. Brent; her siblings, Gaylon Boyd, Carl Boyd (Ethel), Christine Thames, Clytee Nations, Vera Mason (Hershel) and Paulette Miller (Roy); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Thornhill (Conn) and Nola Boyd.
She is survived by : her stepchildren, Monika Cothern (Derwin) of Summit and Patrick Brent of Cologne, Germany; and her siblings-in-law, Johnny Nations (Deana) of Moss Point, MS and Jan Etheridge (Robert) of McComb. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
