She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Heather Dunaway; her grandchildren, Dylan Dunaway (Julia), Hannah Cubbage (Leighton), Isabella "Madi" Parker (Nathan), Kaden Allen, Jody Dunaway, Damian Grable, Bradley Alexander and Halee Alexander; her siblings, Fairie Love and Jimmy Cash; her siblings' children, Rachel Kent (Butch), Tammy Cash (Lee), John Cash, Lisa Swindol (Melvin), Sherry Simmons (Curtis), James Cash, Crystal Roselle, Jamie Hamilton (Mandy) and Devin Dear; and her close friends, Carla Moak, Yvone Tullos and Kay Dunn.
