She is survived by: her husband Otis Wayne Temple; her children, Roger Wayne Temple (Misty) and Rebecca Temple Simmons (John); her grandchildren, Brody Wayne Simmons (Abigail), Hannah Gail Simmons, Abbi Lynn Simmons Lundy (Brandon), Kaitlyn Marie Simmons, Jaden Wayne Temple and Ethan Daniel Temple; her great grandchild Aria Elayne Lundy; her sister Theresa Johnson; her nephew Chandler Arick; and her great-nieces, Addison Isabella Arick and Annabelle Leanne Arick. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
