He was predeceased by: his mother Minnie Marie Thames Bailey; and his brothers, Willis Bailey and Bobby Joe Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moak Bailey; his children, Chris Bailey and Mickie Salas (Oscar) of Summit; his siblings, Cecil Bailey (Martha) of Ruth, Mississippi, Barbara Butler (Joe) of Summit, Minnie Ruth McDaniel of Summit and Anita Westbrook of Zachary, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Tristan Espinoza (Kobe Roberts) and Brianna Espinoza; and his great grandchild Vallie Ann Roberts. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
