He was predeceased by: his parents, Quincy Etheridge and Nellie Whittington Etheridge; his wife Nell Durham Etheridge; and his brothers, Willie J. Etheridge, Nelson Etheridge, Quincy Etheridge, Jr., Charles Hosea Etheridge, Paul Etheridge and Milton Etheridge.
He is survived by: his children, Kylene Harrigton, Linda Wallace and Ken Moak; his siblings, Essie Allred, Faye Etheridge, Iris Rouchon (CJ), Pauline Huhn (Eddie) and Milford Etheridge; his grandchildren, Kyry Morris, Chaleigh Chisholm and Baylor Harrington; and his great grandchildren, Jed and Jake Morris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sharkey Funeral Home (1023 Old Brookhaven Rd, Summit, MS 39666). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Plainview Cemetery (3421 N Greensburg Rd, Liberty, MS 39645).
