He was predeceased by: his parents, Toxie Williamson and Willa Broom Williamson; his siblings, Carolyn Sterling and Michael Williamson; his nephew Keith Williamson; and his brother-in-law Gene Newcomb.
He is survived by: his significant other Sue; his children, Hardy Williamson of Columbia, MS and Diane Jay of Ovett, MS; and his sisters, Rachel Jones (Billy) of Terry, MS, Connie Newcomb of Vicksburg, MS and Norma Hennis (Roger) of Bassfield, MS. He is also survived by two granddaughters; four great-granddaughters; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bassfield Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
