She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Scruggs; her children, Marilyn Butler and Steven Carr; and her parents, Virgin Wilborn and Mary Wilborn.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Carr, Wayne Carr and Regina Carr; and her stepdaughter Glenda Scruggs. She is also survived by two sisters and two brothers; eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
