He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Lavelle Reid and Jimmie Kathleen Lewis (Simmons). He is survived by: his children, Brent Broome of Moselle, Lonnie Reid of Moselle, Cassandra Leann Anderson (Jason) of Moselle and Andrew Reid (Ashleigh) of Sumrall; his grandchildren, Destinee Reid, Jason "Jay" Jarrell, Jr., Haleigh Robertson, Jaden McRee, Lindsey Reid, Lauren Reid, Laiken Reid, Holli Anderson, Alex Broome, Trenten O'Quinn, Evie Reid and Summer Reid; his great grandchildren, Elijah Byrd, Joshua McRee, Oaklynn Reid, Hadlee Jarrell and Wrenee Reid Gray; and his sister Sandra Stuart.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Hattiesburg Moose Lodge 1804 (308 W Hills Dr, Hattiesburg, MS 39402).
