He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Owens and Pam; his grandmother Martha Owens; his brothers, John Bell (Jenny) and Allen Bell (Camille); and his nieces and nephews, Hanna, Lovella, Trevin and Kadin. He is also survived by uncles and aunts and cousins.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations in Garrett's memory can be made to Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Grove, MS or Hope Baptist Church in Milltown, MT.
