He is survived by: his wife Suzi; his children, Macon Phillips, Jason Thomas, Stefanie Moore, Katherine Powell and Brooke Moore; his grandchildren, Jonathon Phillips, Caleb Phillips, Carter Phillips, Garrett Phillips, Aubree Moore, Avery Moore, Parker Powell, Jackson Powell, Eva Rae Moore and Reese Moore; his great grandchild Jonathan Phillips; and his sisters, Sandra Hatton and Sallie Rustin. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
