He is survived by: his wife Gay Collins; his sons, Eric Dale Collins and Jeremy Walter; his daughter-in-law Mandy Collins; his grandchildren, Elijah Collins, Isabella Collins, Caleb Collins and Priscilla Collins; his daughter Brittany Pearson Miller (Matthew); his granddaughter Ellie Banks Miller; his siblings, Willard Collins, Danny "Runt" Collins, Barbara "Bob" Ford and Wanda Moulds; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Collins Fields and Lawriece Collins.
