She was predeceased by : her parents, C. S. Deaton and Lesta Deaton; her son Charles Ellis; and her siblings, Stan Deaton and Donna Mooney.
She is survived by : her daughters, Mary Ann Green (Ronald) of Memphis, TN and Emma Dawn Ellis of Perryville, AR; and her brother Charles "Sput" Deaton (Carolyn) of Bruce, MS. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
