He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Jones; his parents, Tom Jones and Lillian Jones; his brother-in-law Stanley Cubbin; and his son-in-law Charles Brewer.
He is survived by: his children, Gillian Brewer of Bristol, Alan Jones (Debbie) of Plantersville, Peter Jones (Karen) of Somerset and David Jones (Moira) of Louisville, Colorado; and his siblings, Beryl Dow (Dougie) of Liverpool, David Jones (Ruth) of Liverpool and Doreen Cubbin of Liverpool. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
