He was predeceased by: his parents, Trelvy Ratliff and Leola Montgomery Ratliff; and his brothers, Eugene Ratliff and Roger Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Ann Arnold; his daughter Leigh Charol Ratliff; his stepson Chuck Arnold; his daughter-in-law Dana Arnold; his grandson Blade Arnold; his sisters, Mauvolene Lovett and Yvonne Burroughs; his sister-in-law Twyla Ratliff; and his nieces and nephews, Ricky Burroughs, Mark Burroughs (Angie), Sharon Simons (Terry), Susan Jolly (Phil), Joy Barnett (John), Bethany Lovett, Erin Heatherly (Ron), Emily Benedict (Luke) and Ellen Ratliff (Nathan).
