He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Amber Treadaway; his parents, Roy Daniels and Helen Daniels; and his siblings, Gerald Daniels, Glen Daniels, Keith Daniels, Michael Daniels, Denson Daniels, James Lynn Daniels and Terry Daniels.
He is survived by: his wife Jean H. Daniels of Belden; his children, Billy Neal Daniels (Barbara) of Blue Springs, Pam Pettit (Greg) of Guntown, Tonya Rena Treadaway of Blue Springs, Charlotte Elizabeth Soper of Tupelo and Kimberly Jean Tutor of Blue Springs; his grandchildren, Tiffany Cash (Mark), Blair Nichols (Drew), Brandi Doss (Wayne), Ashley Tate (Jonathan), Ashton Cash (Clare), Dylan Sparks, Dennis Sparks, Austin Hutcheson (Taylor), Joseph Tutor (Hannah), Brian Daniels (Eden), Noel Hall and Shane Treadaway; and his sisters, Shirlon Butler of West Union, Linda Turner of Pontotoc and Mary Hill of Sherman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
